Hi,

I've recently bought a i5 8500 cpu, new mobo and ram as my old motherboard died so I saw the opportunity to upgrade.

But unfortunately, I am getting worse fps than I was with my fx 8350 (old cpu) like 80 to 50 fps on cs:go when previously I'd get a constant 150+ and this tends to be the same on most games I've played so far. I feel like I'm getting low fps on all games

And when I open my task manger the game would only be at 50ish% usage but my total cpu usage would be at 100% like it wouldn't add up

Any help guys please this is honestly upsetting me as it cost a lot of money
:(

Specs:

i5 8500
16GB ram
ASUS Prime H310M-A
Hi100 v2 cooler
Corsair 750w
GTX 1060

If you dont have a disk and product key then do these steps Below!
Grab a USB Stick
Go To : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Download the Media Installation Tool
Run the program
Select create bootable media onto the flash drive

Once this finishes you should go into your bios and select the boot order ( Your USB stick being #1)
Save and Exit and you should boot from you USB
Follow the Windows 10 Steps and Wipe your current drive, select then reinstall.
