Question New Desktop and Ryzen Master application

I have recently built a new desktop. I really need someone with more advanced knowledge than me to help me understand some of the settings in the ryzen master application. I am worried about some of the numbers I am seeing in this application. At times, EDC gets up to 99%, especially when I am in game. What is EDC, and how can I fix this issue? Is it anything to worry about?Here are my specs.

Ryzen 3700x cpu
Tomahawk B450 Mobo
32gb DDR4 Corsair ram
GTX 970 gpu
500gb SSD
Corsair H100i liquid cooler AIO

Does anyone know what EDC stand for? There are several categories in this application. Please look at this screenshot and tell me what EDC is.
