Building a PC for my son's friend (15 y/o, not PC savvy). He doesn't have one currently, so I will need everything. He wants to have a PC so he can play PC games/have mods running on PC versions of some Xbox titles. It will likely sit on the TV stand in his bedroom next to the Xbox as it will be hooked up to the TV.
Approximate Purchase Date: This week so it is built by Christmas
Budget Range: $750 all in (including legit copy of Win10 and kb/mouse)
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, gaming, gaming, web browsing/YouTube, and maybe homework.
Games likely to be played: Fortnight, Minecraft (heavily modded), Rocket League, Arc: Survival Evolved
Are you buying a monitor: No, 50" LED TV (1920 x 1080 resolution) already in the kid's room.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg, Amazon, TigerDirect. But whatever gets the parts here on time.
Location: Ashland, KY, USA
Parts Preferences: I prefer NVidia GPUs. Also, I would like a small SSD to run the OS so it boots quickly and a large HDD (at least 2TB) for game storage as I know my son is going to drag his friend into the world of Steam games.
Overclocking: No, unless it comes OC'd out of the box.
SLI or Crossfire: Probably not
Additional Comments: A quiet system is preferable as it will be in the bedroom.
