Question New gaming pc options, need help deciding which one to get

alright everyone, i need an opinion rn. looking for a new gaming pc and here are some prospective options. lmk which one youd rather take:
$1400: AOC monitor 24in 144hz
Hyper x keyboard Led
Mouse G502 logitech had it for 1week
Hyper xcloud II Rtx gpu 2080 super intel i5-11600k 11th gen
750 psu

GPUs are a tie, but CPU in first wins by a good margin.

the first one has 16 gigs of ram, not sure what kind of ram

A question to you and everyone else here:

Why do people buy a PC on eBay?? I mean what happens if a component, say, the GPU or the mobo die on you in a few months?

Who does one turn to for support or warranty?? What recourse does one have aside from the tender mercies of eBay??
