i'm getting a custom computer from IBuyPower no interested in building my own, i'm getting a AMD FX-8320 CPU, a GTX 760 2 GB EVGA Supperclocked for a GPU, 8 GB of DDR3, and a 20% OVERCLOCK ON IT ALL (CAN THEY STILL OVERCLOCK THE SUPPERCLOCKED GPU), and a liquid coolant with a extra fan, I was wondering if their is anything that runs the same but cheaper, and can i play Arma 3 and BF4 on high or ultra settings, if not what do i need. also what are your thoughts on the rig.

There is humidity protection on motherboards, but I wouldn't purposely expose it to a room which is known to be damp. There are probably ways of making sure. And yes, that motherboard (This mobo is a great OCer for the price), processor, and cooler (I would look up your temps first) are fit for overclocking.

Completely up to you. Pretty much whenever you think it's right or if you feel you need more performance, or even if you have some cash to spare. Usually though, a system at this price should be strong for the next 2 - 3 years.

Na get the card it's better. You can get either regular PCI (bottom two slots on the motherboard), or the PCIe ones which is the one you should get, your motherboard supports both though so don't stress if you get the wrong one. And put it on the top slot above your GPU.
