New GPU (GTX 1060 6GB) not working on any PC

Hey everyone, I'd like to have an input regarding an issue that I'm dealing with. So 2 days ago I bought some new PC parts to upgrade my setup and here is my new build:

CPU: Intel Core i5-8400 Desktop Processor 6 Cores up to 4.0 GHz LGA 1151 300 Series 65W
Cooling Fan: Cryorig C7 CR-C7A Top Flow CPU Heatsink 47mm SFF Mini ITX
Motherboard: GIGABYTE H310M A (LGA1151/ Intel/ H310/ Micro ATX/ DDR4/ HDMI 1.4/ M.2/ Motherboard)
GPU: GALAX GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
RAM: V-GEN DDR4 8GB (1X)
PSU: TechnoPower TP1000 1000W
OS: OEM Windows 10 Home, 64-Bit

After installing all the new components to my pc and turning it on, I keep getting black screens (with display connected to my new GPU) and can't seem to get to POST. There are also beeps coming from the Mobo that doesnt correspond to any beep code that I could find on the internet/manual l: the pattern is 1 single beep followed by 5 seconds of silence, another beep and another 5 seconds of silence, and then a continuous long beep that only stops when I turn my pc off.

So then I tried to remove my GPU and plug my display directly to the Mobo and it turns out everything works fine. I also tried to use the new GPU on another pc and that pc gets the same black screen but with no beeps. Then I tried using another working GPU that I had to my new PC and it worked aswell.

So the only assumption that I have at the moment is a faulty GPU (which would be a shame because it's new and had never been used before).

Is anyone else facing the same problem? Or is there anyone what could help me solve this problem? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

No worries, I actually forgot to plug it in the first time I booted my PC.

Yeah, I also found about that beep pattern, but it doesn't exactly match the one I'm getting.

I guess the only thing I could do for now is contact the manufacturer and hopefully get it replaced..

Thank you for the suggestion. I just did it and sadly the problem hasn't gone away.

Although I noticed something interesting: my display connects to the GPU a few seconds after the first short beep (but the monitor still shows a "black lit-up screen") but immediately disconnects (monitor shows stock "display" message on the screen), then on the second short beep the same thing happens, but on the last continuous long beep my monitor shows the black lit up screen and doesn't disconnect.

Maybe this info could mean something.
