New GPU , will it run?

Hello, im thinking of buying a new graphics card for my 2 years old system

SPECS : Intel Core2 E4300 1.8 ghz CPU
Asus P5GZ-MX Motherboard
2 GB DDR2 667 Ram
Nvidia Geforce 7900GS 256MB GPU
350W PSU

I want to know what GPU better that 7900gs can fit in my system, and will a low end cpu like mine slow down a better graphics card?

on that 350w psu i think nothing higher that 7900gs wont work. You need better psu.

i would replace cpu,gpu,and psu

though you can put newer card on that PSU
what are the amps on the 12v rails (amps matters not wattage)
we need to know this before making a recommendation

if you are worried about your cpu being a bottleneck why not OC it
