New GPU?

Hello!
I want to change my old GPU to new one,but i don't know which one fits.
I have Asus K8N4-E Deluxe motherboards and it's quite old.Im running on 256 mb Nvidia 6600 GPU at the moment.
Im upgrading all computer.How can i choose video card that fits?
