Hello, So for Christmas i'm going to be picking up a new video card. I was hoping i could get some suggestions of a card that is around 100-170$. Any ideas? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. I have some cards in mind but was wondering what the best bang for my buck is :D. I play games such as bf3, crysis2, borderlands 2, Mech warrior online, etc.
I was looking at the:
Radeon 7770

Gtx 650 ti

I know the 550 ti isn't great but i was looking at it.

Solution
Don't use HWCompare. It's inaccurate at the very least, and even totally off sometimes.

As for HD 7850: it uses no more power than HD 7770, and it certainly isn't any hotter.

I looked at the 7850 my biggest worry is i have a very very low cooling case for my build. There is vents on the side panel for the gpu to get from but no intake fans what so ever. That's why i was looking at lower powerd cards. If you think id still be ok with something like this then i would go ahead and get it. The vebt is about 5inches wide and 3 inches tall. There is another vent on the panel about 3 inches away thats the same size. I know cooling is a big factor in bigger cards so this is why im looking at these cards.
i was looking at this 7850 since it's directly blowing the hot air out the back and not the side etc.
