Question New graphics card with some scratches

Is it rare a new graphics card have some small scratches? Recently I bought this new (gtx 1650 super) on newegg but I saw some scratches on the back pcb. It works but I feel upset. Will this problems void my warranty? Should I contact the seller?

I contacted newegg's "Aero Malls Inc.". First time, they agreed those scratches and they promised full refund if I want. But yesterday I got partial refund so I asked "Aero Malls Inc." and they said they never found a scratch so they need to took 15% restocking fee. Are those scratches not really a scratch? Should I contact newegg or is it rude to contact newegg?
