Hello everyone!
I have recently purchased a new GTX 1060 (gigabyte). I couldn't wait to play games with it (i had gtx 750 ti before). I installed it in the my PC, reinstalled windows, got new drivers and I have terrible performance. It is somehow stuck at idle gpu core clock speed (139 Mhz) and won't go up. In FurMark it writes it has 100% usage (which is obviously not true).
Now it goes with the story that I am using 2 PSUs. One for only the video card (but it gets enough voltage) and one for everything else. I have tried already many things but there is no solution.
