So my parents switched to a new ISP due to prices and I have alot of games that suffer from that ( and applications) such as battle.net ( connection issues which makes hearthstone and overwatch unplayable except random times where it connects )
also elder scrolls online having connectivity issuses as i have to try connecting like 20 times till i actually get inside the game only to get stuck on one of the loading screens forever...

I have normal pings as usual and using a VPN ( not on steam ofcourse ) I can connect to battle.net freely, works on elder scrolls online too but sadly freezes as soon as i enter the game...

same login problem with guild wars 2 where i have to try many times and randomly it connects

I can't tell when it connect it is totally random which makes it super weird i am just not sure whats happening...

I have alredy called the ISP only to get the answer " we do not support games " which shows what a garbage company they are ( or atleast the one i spoke with )

anyway all games do work with the VPN ( except ESO freeze problem for some reason ) and i am not really sure what VPN changes except location since it does fix my problem but with higher pings which makes all my games except hearthstone unplayable...

anyone got a clue on what can i do to fix this? any kind of tweaks or stuff i can try?

BTW games that do work without a problem are league of legends and world of tanks, ESO and guild wars 2 work just fine inside the game if i can finally log in after so many attempts but logging in is the problem, I also get an SMS autentication to guild wars 2 every time i log in even though my IP stays the same and havent changed for a long time ( both external and internal )

If you are using a VPN, your IP will change as it is going through a server in order to access this content.
1. What ISP are you using?
2. What VPN are you using, and what country is it linking through?
3. Is there any reason you're using a VPN in the first place and do these games work without a VPN?

Many games such as league of legends and world of tanks have very widespread servers, and generally have good connectivity.
This ISP sounds dodgy if they say 'we do not support games', as it sounds like they have no idea what they're on about unless they've blocked all major games services which would make them redundant to a large percentage of the population, which defeats the purpose of buying their internet service in a large way in terms of entertainment.
Most likely your VPN is unstable due to its location.
Disable the VPN, as thats the only problem I can see with your issue.
Whenever you use a VPN, your IP changes as I previously stated, and the location varies depending on what server you connect to. Guild Wars 2 would require SMS authentication because it would be going; 'Hold on, this guy has logged in from the US, but then has logged in from Iceland 30 seconds later, that's a bit dodgy'.

It could easily be just your ISP has crap base connection, but I can't really gather any solid analysis unless you answer the three questions i've posted.
Re word your original post a bit, as its a little jarring to read. :) Easier for people to understand if it flows better.

1. I am using HOT NET as my ISP
2. The VPN I use is Hotspot Shield Elite ( it is very popular and solid with many locations but i do not use a VPN normally i only started using it ever since i got this new ISP )
3. the games work fantastic without the VPN ( the problem is connecting to them where sometime it doesnt even connect but inside the game its as good as it gets even with 60-80 ping ) again I only use the VPN because I cant connect to the games...

also for guild wars 2 I only log in without a VPN so I have no ip changes but still sms asked for every time...

Okay, so the problem isn't the VPN.
This ISP is absolute crap to be honest.
Swap to something like TPG which offers a 500gb data package for $49.99, or Dodo which offers $29.99 /m unlimited data.
I live in AUS too, and have used optus, TPG and Dodo in the past, TPG was a little inconsistent at times, and Optus had dropouts occasionally, but Dodo was typically very good with support and terrible with speeds which is strange.

Telstra lines and infrastructure used by most ISPs, so this is typically going to be a factor with all of the choices.
I currently use Telstra on an NBN plan, but in your case I definitely recommend either the TPG plan or a telstra plan. Hot net are absolute garbage based on what i've heard about them over the years. Lazy team with very basic knowledge.
From my experience, Telstra is the best quality connection, and their customer service is alright and easy to contact.
In order to select the best plan for you however, you might need to ask your parents a few things.
I need to know your monthly data usage, whether you have NBN support in your area (google it!), and what the internet is typically used for around the house.

yes i am aware there are much better ISP ( I have been in Bezeq ISP for a long time about 7 or 8 years ) and had not a single problem.

I have no option right now to change ISP as my parents alredy singed on a 2 year discounted price thing with HOT so they will not be changing...

I was hoping someone had a similiar problem and could provide some sort of tweak or solution to this
