Question New M.2 SSD Randomly Freezes. Can't set SATA Operation from RAID>AHCI. Using HDD+SSD

I got two M.2 SSD to install on my Dell 7567 the Silicon Power A60 and it micro freezes my system so I thought it the SSD so I got the ADATA SX8200 Pro instead and it still acts the same. I did a clean install with the ADATA already but it still acts the same. Used Hard Disk Sentinel and it shows both of my drives are healthy no problems. When I set the operation to AHCI it sends me to Automatic Repair so it has to be set on Raid. Any fixes you guys recommend?

how do you know is the ssd and not the laptop?
test by put the old hdd in

My old HDD is being used for storage. I formatted everything on the hard drive already.
