i switched over to an ASUS VG259QR. Same cable that worked without issue on the previous monitor.
with the new monitor, every time the screens go to sleep, it seems like the monitor itself turns off or goes into a sleep mode. So when i wake my screens, all my windows re-arrange onto other available monitors and i have to move them back every single time. I can also hear audio cutting out every time it sleeps and wakes.
Does anyone know anything about this issue? I've already tried disabling G-sync as i thought that might have been part of the problem, but same issue
I'm running W10 with a Ryzen 7 5800X and a RTX 2060 SUPER if that helps. I'm lowkey kinda scared to update the graphics drivers because every other update will shut out the display ports. Which will make them never turn back on unless i pull the power plug from the monitors, restart the computer, then reconnect the monitors.
