Question New parts no display...

So yeah the problem's in the title, i got a Z390-P MoBo and i7-9700k prosessor and the monitor isn't even reacting when i turn my pc on.
i7-9700k
Z390-P
MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X
650w PSU
240g SSD
1tb HDD
Btw had the same issue with my last mobo and cpu (B350-F and Ryzen 5 1600), but my dad took my pc to a shop and got it fixed.

Try testing with graphics card removed. Try also posting here a picture of the board.

btw we took it to the shop and the day after they said they didnt find any issues but they just took all the wires off and put them on again.
