New PC: BSOD Issue

PC will not boot correctly.
The first day I noticed an issue I was playing a game of WoW zombies (offline) on steam. After I closed out of the game and went to open another, steam kept crashing. Everytime I tried to open it would crash.
I then tried to restart my pc, which was oddly slow and eventually booted to a BSOD.
Since then I have gotten various different bsod errors including “KERNAL_INVALID_LOCK_RELEASE” “CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED”
Etc...
Now when I try to boot it, I get different results. Sometimes I get as far as logging in and seeing my desktop icons, but a bsod comes soon after. However, usually the pc boots into a BSOD, or simply will not get out of the boot loading screen. It freezes in BIOS sometimes, freezes after trying to bring up Recovery mode.
I have tried swapping GPUs, HDDs, different RAM configurations, cables, all to no avail.
If anyone has any knowledge on this, it would be much appreciated, thank you.
