[SOLVED] new pc build showing purple artifact symbol

Hi, I just got this issue on my new pc build, it sometimes freezes the screen in and show some weird purple symbols then restarts the pc and after research it is called "Artifact". I just recently build my new pc and I'm currently having a temperature problem in Ryzen CPU is it related to that? or is it because I got a faulty GPU? or is it a drivers issue because at first I was using gtx 1050 then replace the 2060 super when it came.

I got an RTX 2060 super gaming OC from gigabyte, it didn't reach the 60c so the fans are not spinning when it happened.

Have you uninstall the old driver and instal new driver for the 2060 ?

I haven't uninstall the old driver but I did install the new one for the 2060.

Is not recommended to replace old driver. Conflict driver can cause display and performance issue.
Try clean the installed driver, you can use DDU, then reinstal the driver for 2060.

I'll try that. I have a ryzen 5 3600 cpu that needs a discrete GPU, will removing the drivers using this and restarting my pc cause some issue like I will not anything on the screen? sorry for the noob question

No, let the GPU installed. You just need to uninstall the driver (Nvidia software). They will work without driver. You can uninstall the driver using software DDU.
