So I'm going to build a gaming oriented PC and I wanted your opinions on my selections. Here I go:

BUDGET:~900euro
CPU: Intel i5 6500 [a) The only reason I go for skylake is for some future proofing. I would consider i5 4460 but the difference is only 30euros. b) I don't care for overclocking. c) I don't think hyper-threading is worth the money, for gaming]
CPU COOLER: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO [No discussion here]
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3 (2x4GB) [I think it's a safe choice. I've tested them already and it seems the internet agrees] or a ddr4 of simlar price
MOBO: *
GPU: nvidia gtx 970 [most probably gigabyte windforce or evga]
CASE: Not really an issue. [Suggestions welcome (mid towers preferred)]
PSU: Haven't given it much thought yet. You're welcome to suggest me one.

*Really, the thing I have the most problem with is the MOBO. I know I want these things from it:
-Dual channel
-I don't need more than two way SLI

Also, no AMD-Intel-Nvidia war. I am set on these choices.
Thanks in advance for your answers.

PSU, you want tier 1 or 2, 500w+ http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Why don't you care for DDR4? For skylake, you want DDR4. DDR3's days are numbered, and the price really isn't all that bad anymore. Also, there are not many ddr3 compatible boards, and I don't think any of them are very good. DDR3 boards seem to be a bit of an afterthought.

MSI, EVGA, or Asus, for GPU.

Case is typically a personal choice. You can use PCpartpicker to determine compatibility with the components you want.

because the prices in that country r different.

i just made for myself a pc build that has been approved by various mods like logain/ blackbid/darkbreeze try to build around my build :)

total 940 euros 901 if u exclude the optional fans
not to mock but the cryorig h7 beats the 212 evo more silent and better cooling.

The only problem I have with ddr4 is the price. If you know of a good ddr4 at a good price, then of course I will choose that over a ddr3

I was actually looking at the Hyper X RAMs for a ddr4 solution. Are they good? Because if they are, great, I can find them at 26euros

I don't really understand what you are asking. Even if I told you the sites that I am going to order I don't think you will know them (unless you are from Greece). Also, What is valuta?

you give me the website that u want to buy from.
don't worry about the language i build things in korean/singaporean/german/dutch/english websites don't worry about the language.

Ok then. It's not one I am going to buy from, most probably. I am going to compare prices among some stores. Some of them are these (the first two are probably the best):
www.eshop.gr
www.visionstudio.gr
www.inter-eshop.com

I don't need a hard drive. I already have one. As for everything else, I think I pretty much made my mind.
RAM: ddr4, either the Hyper X or the g skill
MOBO: the ASUS one you suggest I think is pretty good and at a good price.
PSU: I actually already have an XFX and I am really satisfied with it, so it's good to see you suggest one too.

Of course, I am open anyone else's suggestions but I think I made up my mind.
