New Pc Build won't Post

Mobo- MSI Z170A Pc Mate
Ram- Viper Patriot DDR4 2x4gb 3400mhz
Gpu- MSI Gtx 1050ti Gaming X
Cpu- Intel i3 7100
Cpu Cooler- Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Psu- Evga 600W Bronze Q

I originally started with a MSI B150 Pro VD mobo and HyperX Fury Ram for my 1st build but when I powered it on after installing everything, I just get CPU and DRAM on the Ez Debug lights blinking back and forth. Nothing on the monitor. After going through the list of troubleshoot solutions on the forums, same problem. I figured, somethings broken, so I bought new ram, a new mobo, and another cpu of the same kind all listed above. Still I have the same issue. :s I've been tryna build this pc for a week already and everyone said it's so easy an 8 year can do it lol.
Also the manual said to start with Ram on Dimm2 which I did and still nothing. Everything powers on, all the fans spin on cpu cooler and gpu, but I get nothing on the monitor. Just those the dram light and cpu back and forth.

Edit: I should mention that I get the lights with 2 Ram sticks in and if I put in 1 in slot 3 I get no lights but still no post.

You have to be at the AC or above bios level to boot from a Kabylake processor.

Yeah I just figured out yesterday after the 4th motherboard that I need at least a 200 series board for the i3 7100. It'll be here tomorrow and hopefully everything will run. Thanks!

You dont need a 200 series board, yours will work fine after the bios update. The sad part is that you need a previouos gen cpu to do the update. 🙁
