Hey, i just bought a new pc and was going to build it my self. The build part was okay, but when i boot up, the loading screen with the motherboard logo freezes everytime. I have changed my, motherboard, tried with one ram stick, took out the cmos battery, tripple checked all cables and tried without a videocard. I can get into the bios, but no further.

Asus RTX 2070 A8GB
Asus TUF Z390 plus motherboard
Crucial MX300 SSD
H62 Kraken cooler
Corsair 16GB 3200mhz
I have now swapped the i5 9600k with the i7 9700k, but it has not arrived yet, so havent testet yet with a new cpu.

Is the motherboard BIOS up to date? You need BIOS version 2203 or later to support the i5-9600K .

You should be able to find your motherboards BIOS version in the main menu of the BIOS.

Your motherboard has the "ASUS EZ Flash 3" feature which allows you to update your BIOS version from inside the BIOS.
