Hi, im putting together a new pc, the components will be as follows :

MoBo : ASUS P5W DH Deluxe
Ram : Corsair (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 XMS2 Memory Non-ECC Unbuffered CL5(5-5-5-12)
CPU : Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 G0

Now im hoping to OC the Q6600 to around the 3.0 - 3.2Ghz mark (not a major OC i know)
and i was wondering what my cooling options where as im on a budget.

So what im looking for is a cheap and quiet cooling option to get the CPU to the above speeds.

I have looked at the thermalite Ultimate 120 extreme and would also like some advice on fans to pair up with this if no one suggests anything cheeper.

Thanks in advance

i am using a Tuniq Tower 120 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835154001

great experience for me.

3.4ghz 1.36 v-core 35c idle 57c max load across all cores (1-3c fluctuation between cores non-lapped) using asus P5k deluxe motherboard and crucial ballistix tracer kit 2gb 1066mhz rated ram.

3.2 ghz will be an easy OC with your setup and will require minimal v-core upping (maybe 1.33 ish) goodluck.

of course the previous posters cooler or the ultra 120 cooler provide similar results as to the cooler I am using.
