new pc not booting properly first time

I recently built a new gaming pc. Everything is going fine however when I boot my pc it gets stuck on the motherboard screen before it windows starts loading. If I hold down the power button or push the reset button it restarts no problem and loads in fine, what can I do to fix this?

FYI, my build is
asrock b450m pro 4 mobo
r5 2600x
1070ti
16 gb ddr4 ram
650 W coolermaster psu
500 gb m.2 ssd (samsung 960 evo)
