Im getting new pc but I want to leave all my stuff on that ssd without reinstalling Windows, is that good idea? Im moving from i3 2100 to i5 3570 and from radeon hd graphics 6770 to rx 470 4gb. Will there be any error? Thanks!

Solution
Should I try and if it works fine should I leave it like that?
And if not then reinstalling?
Also will there be any slowdowns in ssd?
You should be fully prepared for a complete wipe and reinstall.
Then, try it. If it works, great. Don't claim success until you've verified there are NO issues. It may boot up, and you find weirdness happening later.
If it fails, you're prepared.
Slowdowns? Maybe. We've seen it here before.

You can try to put old SSD into new system. Most likely all will be fine except you must uninstall unnecessary drivers from old hardware at first and install drivers for new hardware. But it is possible that nothing will work and clean reinstall is required.

Can I just use account where windows is activated?

It depends. If Windows on previous system was OEM type then it is registered to motherboard and you must purchase a new license. Otherwise see that Microsoft link about hardware change.
