Question New PC performing extremely poorly

So I just bought a New Omen 40L that comes with the RTX 3070ti and ever since I’ve started it up yesterday it’s just been a constant problem.
I noticed my mouse looked like it was bugging around when I moved it, I downloaded elden ring which worked fine on my 30L and now I can’t even play it at low quality. I looked it up and it said it could be the GPU and I’ve don’t about everything I can read to try to fix the issue but nothings worked. I have my userbenchmark results and will post them below. Any help would be appreciated please
