[SOLVED] New PC reboots after a while

I have a new PC with the following specs:

Intel Core i3 8100
MB Asus H310 Plus R2.0
RAM 2x8GB 2400 Mhz Apacer
SSD 240GB
300W Power Supply.
Windows 10 Ent V1903 Jun 2019

The PC randomly hangs several minutes after booting.
Up to now three different situations happened:
1- Screen freezes and the PC stops responding.
2- Windows bluescreen appears and after data dumping, PC is rebooted.
3- System is rebooted automatically.

What is the reason?

Make and model of the PSU? How old is the unit? Can you get into BIOS and remain their indefinitely without encountering a freeze?

I assume that leaving out the GPU wasn't an oversight and you don't have one? Unless the temperatures are an issue, I would start by returning this and getting a better quality power supply; Raidmax is a notorious purveyor of some pretty gross PSUs.

I don't have separate graphics card, I use Intel UHD 630.
And yes, I have a fresh install of Windows.

Actually reboots happened when I ran Spring Tool Suite software, an IDE for JavaEE. But I am not sure that the software caused the problem, since I didn't find any similar case in Java forums.

Is your CPU at a higher percentage when you crash? Crashing at load is a common symptom of junk PSUs.

I am not sure but I guess so. Because it happens just after running the compiler.

Is memset86 a good test for RAM? If the PSU causes the problem, I can easily replace it.
