Hello Everbody!

I hope you can help me regarding the following problem:

I've just upgraded my PC and I am facing with the following issue - I upgraded my cpu, motherboard and memory, the SSD and the HDD were the old, with an installed windows 10, then I tried to start the windows, but it was freezing, everytime I tried to start my computer. Ok, I thought a lot of old software are installed on the ssd, so I decided, I perform a clean windows install. Here my problem starts. I try to install the windows with a bootable flash drive, but ever time, I start the installer, it freezes when the windows logo appears and the dots start to spin. At the second spin the dots are freezing, and game over. The flash drive is ok, I tried it on my laptop.

Motherboard: MSI Gaming Plus Z390
CPU: Intel i7 9700 3Ghz
VGA: MSI Armor OC 1070 GTX
Power Supply: Cooler Master 750W
Memory: 2x8Gb Kingston HyperX Predator 3000Mhz
CPU cooler: Cooler Master ML120L

I can enter the BIOS without any problem, it sees everything, CPU, memories, cooling, etc.
The memories are in the correct slots, in DIMMA2 and DIMMB2, the cooling is perfect, CPU temp constantly on 30 celsius, SATA is on AHCI mode, SSD is in SATA1, HDD is on SATA2 slot.

Please help me!
Thank you very much in advance!
