Hi I just built a new PC, all part were new other than an rtx 2060 which I had in my last build as well as 2 hard drives from my last build, which haven’t been whipped may I add.
Specs:
Motherboard - B560M aorus elite
RAM - 16GB DDR4
CPU - i5 11400f (no integrated graphics)
GPU - rtx 2060
PSU - 550W corsair cx-f
Storage - Samsung m.2 drive and 2 HDDs
When booting the computer, all the fans turn and all LEDs come on, indicating everything has power. Even though this happens I get a blank screen, the motherboard has the red boot LED indicated. Anyone have a solution as to what might be the problem?
I have tried resetting cmos as well as checking all cables are plugged in properly.

Solution
I Found our what the problem was, the reason I couldn’t enter the bios was because I was using a black widow chroma v1, the bios didn’t recognise this as a keyboard even though the LEDs were going so it only appeared to be working and so pressing the delete key didn’t enter me into the bios. I changed the keyboard to an old Logitech one and it worked fine.
I have already tried disconnecting all the drives, unfortunately it didn’t work. I’ve also switched between HDMI and display port cables which I used with my old PC and so should work.

Exactly same thing happened to me when I built my first system. After many days to figuring it out without success, I took it to the repair shop and they fixed it. Seems like I didn't put CPU very well in motherboard socket and legs got bent. They fixed the legs of CPU, put it properly in motherboard socket and PC booted successfully. So, I would suggest you to check if your CPU is sitting proprely in a motheaboard socket.

I’ll have a check later if it’s the CPU, as it would definitely cause this issue, although the led light on my motherboard indicating if there is an issue with the CPU isn’t on. So it probably isn’t, thanks anyways
