Question New pc won’t boot to os

So I built a new pc and tried to use my existing pc component that being a ssd with windows 10 inside
New pc spec:
i9 10900k
Cooler master ml360r
Z490 godlike
Hyper X predator 4000mhz 8gb*2
970 evo plus 1tb*2
Corsair rm850x
The old ssd I was trying to use is a 256gb transcend with barely 3gb space remaining
The system will go to bios and will always detect all of my drives with the right name and available space in it
Things I tried:
Disable fast boot
Using a different sata cable
Clear cmos
Plugging into other sata plugs
Force boot

I was just trying to see if did something wrong but I will do so soon.
Also I have used that ssd for 5+year and on many systems now. Is there anyway that it just stopped working properly? It was working just fine 2 days ago.
