Question New Powercolor 5700 XT no DP

Hey guys,

So like many users I had issues with my GPU and I had it RMA. They basically sent me a new one as the initial one was not displaying anymore after 1 month. I DDU the old drivers and installed the latest ones, but I have a weird issue now. When I restart the PC from windows, I get the NO DP, but if then i proceed to manually shut it off and boot it, it works fine. Any idea what might cause this? Can be sth very easy, but have no idea.

System: ryzen 7 2700x, hyperx 16gb 3333hz, 850x corsair psu, b450 carbon msi motherboard.

So i flashed the bios to the newest one and an old nvidia 760 works flawlessly, but now my 5700xt won't even get to bios (the red led is on). Tried setting bios from auto to pcie-3, tried slotting it in the 2nd slot on the mobo, i can't get it alive. It's so weird that on the old bios it booted fine, but only had an issue upon restart, and now with the new one, it completely dead. Please if you have any other ideas.
