Red/Orange Led's blinking with new SFF build (no post)

Hi, just built a new mini-itx PC and I'm having issues getting it to POST. Getting a red the orange LED on the mobo . Specs and troubleshooting tips taken below.

CPU - i5 12600k

RAM - 32gb g skill trident z5 neo DDR5 - 6000mhz (2x16GB) (brand new)
Also tried some new Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6400mhz (2x16GB) also brand new.

Motherboard - Asus rog strix Z690-I gaming wifi (brand new)

Case/psu/cooler - cooler master nr200p max (includes aio cpu cooler, 850w 80+ gold psu)(brand new)

GPU - rtx 3080 founders edition

Storage - 2 crucial SSD's. 1 kingston 1TB m.2 drive, 1 crucial 4tb m.2 drive (4tb brand new)

Tried reseating CPU and AIO, as well as applying new thermal paste.

Reseated all power connections (cpu, mobo, aio+fan header, usb, audio, front panel connections)

Tried both sets of RAM in every possible config. Both sets of sticks were seated correctly as both sticks clicked solidly. 1 of the sticks is basically touching the AIO tubes, not sure if the lack of space could cause an issue, but I have also tried in the other slot which has more space.

Reset cmos and done bios flashback to latest ASUS version.

Tried all of the above without the GPU installed so I doubt that's a problem.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you!!!

There is no orange Q-LED so which of the 4 is it?
from top to bottom:
1) CPU - red
2) DRAM - yellow
3) VGA - white
4) Boot - yellow green

If it's the first one then either your CPU or motherboard is dead. Second one is going to be DRAM (you said you tried every config, but did you try just a single stick in A1?) or motherboard. Third is going to be CPU or motherboard (since you said you tried without video card). Last one should at least post, so I'm assuming this isn't it at all.

Ah, it must be yellow then - it's a bit hard to tell. The CPU was taken from my previous build which always worked perfectly , and was handled carefully throughout the move. When I reseated it I also checked pins on the CPU and also the socket, which all looked fine.

Tried all 4 sticks individually in A1, and then all in A2 so I'm pretty sure I tried every config.

I have heard that there are issues with ASUS motherboards so I have raised an RMA case, but I was just seeing if there was anything else I could check in the meantime.

You covered all the bases, and with two kits I very much doubt it'd be your DRAM and since you know the CPU worked I'd have to agree motherboard all the way.

Did you try with no disk connected?
