Build Advice New system not booting ?

Hello,

I recently updated my old tired system to a new shiny one, specs below:

CPU: Rosen 9800x3d
Mobo: Aorus B850 Elite WiFi 7
Gpu: MSI GeForce RTX 5070ti
Ram: Corsair 32gb DDR5 6000hz (2x16gb)
Psu: Corsair 850w modular
CPU cooler: NZXT kraken x53 (reused from old system)

I'm having a few issues with booting for the first time:

Red cpu error light.

Pc is able to power up but nothing posting to monitor, the monitor does awaken from sleep mode when switch on but no signal.

All fans In the case spin including on gpu.

Potential solutions I’ve tried:

• CPU reseated and checked for bent pins
• 8x and 4x pin have been double checked and push in til click
• 1x ram stick slot A2 to see if this was a memory training situation
• GPU reseated
• Removed cmos battery for 5 minutes to reset that.

Unfortunately the red cpu error light persists, wondering if anybody had any tips that could help with this situation?

Forgot to add that the pc is able to power from the front case button, but won’t turn off from there only from psu switch which is maybe the weirdest part of this all

Is BIOS version up to date ?

Should be, says the cpu is supported on the website. Tried Qflashing but doesn’t seem to respond
