I have so many parts stored that cost wise was a not brainer. So, i decide to build a smaller water cooled than the ones i already did, trying to use all the parts i have and only buying necessary ones and trying to make it different (for good or worst)

I'm building with an old case i always wanted a Phanteks ENTHOO EVOLV ITX. i found it on Ebay almost new on great price, i know it has really bad air circulation but i like it how it looks. will be trying to get some mods to improve that, like two fans with open holes on top cover and some slim fans for intake somewhere (i don't know where yet).

Used parts from old builds:

  • Ryzen 7 5800X
  • RX 6950 XT Liquid Cooled
  • Phanteks Glacier C360 CPU Water Block
  • G Skill DDR4 3600mhz CL16
  • Corsair XD5 Water Pump and Reservoir
  • SSD M.2 1TB Crucial
  • Artic Bionix Fans 140
  • And a lot of hard tubing fitting and tubes

In orden to fit the Pump Combo i had to make room removing the hhd bracket from the case and some inside cutting and screw holes.

Still looking for improvement and testing before using. I need to mod front and top case cover in order to improve air flow.

Any advice is welcome, thanks in advance.

I am not particularly familiar with the case you are building in. I make an assumption that the front panel is glass?

Something easy to try would be to turn the rear fan as intake for the AIO fans to pull out the top.

This is the case with all cover in place. As you could see it doesnt allow much air in or out. Im thinking to cut the middle of it and put a 140mm filter fan

Change the fear fan for intake sound good, i will do it. Thanks

If you really want a good airflow front panel:

https://modmymods.com/phanteks-enthoo-evolv-itx-front-cover-air-flow-mod.html

You could potentially add a rear 120mm radiator and the fan outside the case.

Those front panel looks great, but expensive for a build I'm trying to not spend much but give me an idea. i could make an acrylic front panel taking those desing for example. i already have acrylics panel.

I have an 140mm radiator, is not installed yet. i want to see how temps would be with only 280mm on top, if i see is necessary i think your idea is the best way.
