Hello everyone 2 months ago I purchased a prebuilt pc from Vibox Ltd.

Since I started gaming either it crushes to blue screen reporting different errors or it froze and I have to manually restart it from the power button.

Driver Specs
Computer name: DESKTOP-SOH2IS5
Windows version: Windows 10, 10.0, version 2009, build: 19042
Windows dir: C:\WINDOWS
Hardware: ASRock, H410M-HVS
CPU: GenuineIntel Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz 8664, level: 6
16 logical processors, active mask: 65535
RAM: 17081368576 bytes (15.9GB)

Most common errors shown are:
The links are some screenshots from WhoCrashed I took after the crash happened

IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL,
DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION
https://prnt.sc/10ue69z

and an other one that I cannot remember but happened only once but got a screenshot of WhoCrushed after https://prnt.sc/1103z90

They more often happen when the pc is under heavy use but not always it happened once or twice also when I was just goggling and listening to music

I've tried removing 1 of the 2x 8gb ram and running only with one but all same issue

I've tried to update manually some drivers from Device Manager

I've also tried windows 10 in place upgrade

I'm talking with the seller and they offered to retire and try repair the pc but because I also work with it therefore I'm trying to see if the issue is software relate and i can fix it from home

Any advices ?

Thank you

Lorenzo

Power supply is Kolink core 600w

GPU 3070 Gaming pro
As was said above....you could try updating Windows to the latest updates first.

NVidia recommends 650 watts for the 3070. Taking that with a grain of salt because they tend to recommend a bit high.....but still that would leave you right on the line.

On top of that....here is the PSU tier list from Tom's.

The Kolink Core series is on tier D.....which is near the bottom....which is....

Tier D • Recommended only for very cheap, iGPU systems

So it seems it is not a very good PSU to begin with.....plus you are very close as far as power....which is why I...
What is the make and model of the power supply?

Your symptoms tend to go along with "power supply" plus the fact that prebuilts typically come with the crappiest power supplies they can find.

Also....what gpu?

Personally I would replace the PSU just because I wouldn't trust the Kolink to not damage my hardware.
