Like the title says, I choose the 6600 because I don't plan to over clock. Is there room for upgrades down the road. Trying to stay around 650 US dollars as possible.

Solution
you can drop the 3rd party cooler to save some money (you can also slap one on later if you want to), same with the DVD reader if you only have it for installing Windows. If you do need a DVD reader I actually recommend getting an external USB one so you can easily take it around to other computers in the future instead of having it locked away in an internal bay.

Also strongly recommend also getting a small SSD for just the OS. A 60gb unit will work for just the OS but price wise it's better to get a 120gb unit which is enough for the OS and a few core programs. Example build.
