Newegg and buying online.

I recently ordered from Newegg and was happy with the results. But I heard a couple of horror stories of bad customer service from newegg about special sales not processing and then having to pay full price or items declaring they are in stock when they arent. Just wanted to know what y'alls experiences were pertaining to Newegg or any other online vendor.

I have ordered a few thousand for Newegg over the years and have had nothing but positive results from them. I had one RMA and that went very smooth with no problems. So for me it has been great.

Any company as big as Newegg is going to have some bad comments it is inevitable but overall I think Newegg is great.

Newegg is great, just like everything else nothing is perfect and things go wrong 90% of the time they will the care of the issue. Also if you have a Amex credit card you can get shoprunner for free and get free 2 day shipping for free from newegg on most items.
