NF2 Chipset

Hi, my current system specification is:

AMD Athlon 2400+ @ 2.5GHz
1024 MB PC2700 DDR RAM
ATi Radeon 9800 PRO (256bit)
AsRock K7S8X motherboard

I'm just questioning a few things.

Will me upgrading to a
DFI LanParty nFII Ultra-B (Socket A) Motherboard

Be worthwile, as I kinda get the impression my crappy mobo is bottlenecking stuff.

Also I heard that NF2 chipsets dont like ATi Graphics cards. Is this true?

You might be able to get 5 or 10 more mhz out of your chip, then again maybe not. Stick with what you have, and save up for a venice core system.

but how could 2400+ runs at 2500+?

am I wrong to think that only nF2 has AGP/PCI bus locked? cuz I had a hardtime to believe that he gets his system run at 2.5GHz too..
