Hi there i need some help with connecting my rgb fan controller to my motherboard.

The rgb fans are Gamdias Aeolus m1 1204R and the motherboard that I am using is the MSI tomahawk MAX. Before i bought the motherboard i knew it had RGB headers but i didn't know that it was only 12v headers. The Gamdias rgb box controller only has the 5v addressable rgb header so there is no other way for my to connect everything up in order to control it through the MSI mystic light sync.

I was wondering if anyone knows about a way that i might be able to connect my rgb box controller to my motherboard sothat i can control my rgb lighting with MSI mystic light sync.

There's this:

http://www.gamerstorm.com/product/ACCESSORY/2019-03/1291_10731.shtml

But you'd have to find somewhere that sells it. Maybe contact the company directly by email.

Thanks i will definitely look into that but for the moment i want to try something that will still give me the ability to individually address colors to rhe rgb fans sothat i can get all of the modes that MSI mystic light sync offers. But if all else fails i wil probably be getting that part.

those things costs around 20 eur (22usd)
