Question No amd graphics card installed or is not functioning properly after adrenalin 19.12.2 update

For some reason whenever I restart the system after installing adrenalin 19.12.2 I get No AMD graphics driver is installed or the AMD driver is not functioning properly error,
I've tried to restart multiple times with no luck and I tried clean install using ddu and the and cleaning utility but it seems didn't work and when I tried to "update" it on device manager it rolled back the software Into 19.10.2

if anyone wondering I use Acer aspire 3 a315-41
