I am 1st time pc builder. I got Mobo GA 990FXA UD3 Rev 4. CPu-amd 9590, RAM-Gskill 16gb., coolermaster 550w psu, GPU - HD 5850.
When it's turned on, all fans spin, slow, after a few sec, GPU fan revs up at very noisy level. and it's time there was signal on monitor.
After a few sec, there was no signal on monitor and all fans keeps running, GPU fan kept revving.
could it be due to the faulty psu? Normally I see people have problem with no signal at all but in my case, there was signal at the beginning then no signal after 13 seconds.
Please help. I really appreciate it.
