No bootup

Hello, got an ASUS P8P67EVO Rev 3 motherboard, Intel Core i7 2600K CPU, installed 4 Corsair Vengeance 4 GB DDR3 1600
memory chips, a 512 GB Crucial SSDnd , a EVGA GTX570 video card. Installed everything connected power cables and everything. then connected it to the monitor applied power got lights on the board and the fans work but it doesn't seem to be booting I get the message no DVI in on the monitor and the VGA LED on the motherboard stays illuminated. Any ideas about this?

Try with another RAM. Try removing the RAM from its slot and check the beep sound. After trying this inform what happens, I will instruct you for the next.
