No display after installing new CPU and GPU

I installed a Ryzen 5 4500 and a SAPPHIRE RX 580 today and after turning on my PC there was no display on my monitor and my monitor would just say “No signal”. At first I thought it was the GPU but the GPU seemed fine. I did plug in the HDMI to the gpu and still no signal. I don’t think it has anything to do with my PSU as well as I just recently installed a 650W PSU which I believe is enough for the parts Ive installed. At this point I have just installed my old CPU back (AMD Athlon 3000G) as I believe I couldve needed a BIOS update, but now even with my old CPU ( AMD Athlon 3000G) installed there is now no display? and it say “ No signal” I feel as if Ive done something wrong while installing my CPU. I also saw online that taking out the CMOS battery can help so I took it out, put it back in and nothing still displays and monitor says no signal. Took out the RAM sticks out then placed it back in still nothing left one RAM stick in and still no signal. Im starting to worry now as I believe I might’ve done something wrong to my pc and I understand that I shouldve checked my BIOS Before installing my new CPU but now I have no Idea what to do so could someone please help.

Old specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon 3000g
GPU: Integrated Graphics
Motherboard: ASUS Prime A320MK

New specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 4500
GPU: Sapphire RX 580 Nitro
Motherboard: ASUS Prime A320MK

remove power supply cables from mobo, remove all cpu, ram, video (and any other things u have connected to mobo, except power button connectors)
remove cmos battery and with removed everything just press power on button on the case, after wait 1-2 min and then install cmos battery, install old cpu + ram and try to run like in old with integrated graphics, if it starts then check bios version, it must be version 5862 to support new AMD Ryzen 5 4500
I had similar problem with older intel cpu`s and such things i mentioned above (removing all parts and reseting bios) did fixed problem.
hope that helps.
p.s. always make sure power is off when replacing any part on mobo.
p.s. I hope u used thermal grease on new cpu or you may blow it up without thermal grease, not sure about new technologies but in past i did blow up that way my old athlon 2 cpu powering it without thermal grease

Thanks for the response. Just did everything you said and it seems to still not show any display on my monitor unfortunately. PC turns on and everything fans are fine and everything seems fine but it just doesn’t display anything at all on my monitor. Is there anything else I can try do because I honestly have no idea what to do anymore.

Sounds silly, but do you have monitor turned on? Check cables on monitor, sometimes ive seen cables not connected fully in monitors, maybe during assembly/ dissasembly you acidently removed some cable, sadly no other things come in the mind.

put old cpu back in 3000g

1 ram stick ram stick

1 hdmi into the motherboard and into monitor ( using processors integrated graphics)

no harddrives
no graphics card

reset the pins on the motherboard

page 1-1 is diagram number 11 location is what your looking for
page1-3 number 11 instructions clear rtc ram follow instructions into bios

then update your bios if you get that far. once bios is updated make sure all settings are at default no overclocks. if unsure just make sure to hit default settings and save.

then turn off and change processor. for new one
