Question No display after rebuild.

Bought a new case I preferred more than my current build and my new 3080 didn't fit in my old build. I have never had this issue but now the PC turns on and I am getting nothing to my two monitors. I need help troubleshooting what could be the issue given that all these components were working together this morning just in a different case. Anybody have any ideas what could be a common issue.

I've reseated the CPU and the RAM and GPU. The is flush with my motherboard and can't be pulled out.
