Question No Display - Black Screened While Installing NVIDIA Driver Update

I was installing a NVIDIA update when my screen went black and a random handful of pixels turned colors. After letting it sit for 10 minutes my monitors light was flashing as if no display. Unplug plug, on, off. Nothing. Turned my computer off, then back on. Went through the normal process, motherboard logo with a loading circle, then back to a lit black screen as if right before the windows welcome screen then my monitors light started flashing and darkened with no display. I could get into BOIS fine, attempted to launch safe mode, same thing with normal boot then black when windows should pop up. Cleared CMOS. Stumped

Specs:
Windows 11
Motherboard - NZXT Z790
CPU - i9-13900KF
GPU - GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4090
(Let me know if any other info is needed)

How long have you had the 4090 for?

What's your power supply brand and model?

Igpu would've been helpful in this situation so you could uninstall Geforce driver if graphics card was failing power states.

Check pcie supplementary power cables, making sure it's fully plugged and check for signs of melting.

Do you have another graphics card to troubleshoot with?

I've had it just over a year, late May 2023. Never had any issues

Power supply is MSI MPG A1000G PCIE 5 & ATX 3.0

I do have another; let me test, may take a few minutes

I had taken it out before that to reach the cmos. I'm not sure what made it work but after the other graphics card booting then trying the 4090 it also booted. Shows the NVIDIA update was installed and reinstalled to make sure. Hopefully thats the end but thank you for the help 🙏
