Seriously I am STUMPED at this point so any help would be appreciated. I just recently replaced my MSI B350 Tomahawk with an MSI B550 Gaming Plus, and now I'm getting no visual output when I attempt to boot my machine. I've seen a number of threads suggesting this could be a DRAM problem, and because of that I noticed that, when I turn the computer on, the DRAM light on the motherboard flashes briefly and then remains off. If it matters the CPU light remains solid the entire time it's on. I'm not sure what to do at this point. When I turn on the machine every component lights up, and all fans spin apart from my GPU fans, which start to spin, then slowly come to a halt. Any ideas on what I can do from this point to get things working would be appreciated!

Specs:
Amd Ryzen 5
EVGA Geforce GTX 1070
MSI B550 Gaming Plus
Gskill 2x8gb DDR4-2666
Corsair TX650M 80+ Gold PSU
