No display

I just built my first pc and I have run into a bit of a snag. All of the hardware is in place but no image appears on the monitor.
I have tried with multiple monitors/outputs and with both onboard and graphics card outputs. No os has been installed yet no sure if this may be the problem.
Pc:
Mobo: Biostar Tseries mATX
CPU: Intel i3-2100
Video Card: FXF Radeon 6850
Hard drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200 rpm 360GB
PSU: OCZ mod x stream-pro 600w
Memory: Patriot 4GB 1333 DDR3

It is always good to see someone who fixed there own problem Hats off to ya. It would be nice if you could share your fix with all of us. That way when someone else has the same problem we will have the info to help. Good luck to you.
