No HDMI Audio from monitor

I have a Lenovo Yoga running 64-bit Windows 10.
Today, I connected my laptop to my monitor via a HDMI cable using mini hdmi adapter. The laptop's screen was projected on the monitor screen,
I went to "Playback Devices" in the sound settings, and all I saw was Realtek High Definition Audio and S2718HN/NX (Intel(R) Display Audio).

I had another Laptop using hdmi plugged it into the same monitor still says S2718HN/NX (Intel(R) Display Audio) in the sound settings no sound coming from monitor

Is it set as the default playback device in Windows?

- Right click on the speaker icon in the taskbar. (The MS speaker icon not Realtek)
- Choose Playback Devices
- The HDMI/Monitor should have a green checkmark
- If not highlight it and select "Set Default"
- Click Apply and test it

The S2718HN/NX (Intel(R) Display Audio) is the monitor and is selected as default but no sound from monitor

Did you check that the volume is turned up on the monitor itself?
