Question No image and fast fan speed

Hey guys,

I have built a computer in September 2018.
I’ve never had a problem with it until last week.
So I was in YouTube and then the screen were without signal and the gpu fans start working very fast.
I boot my pc and sometimes I can log in on windows sometimes don’t. When I login after sometime (playing or navigating on internet) the same thing happens.
Can someone help me pls?

Specs:
Cpu: i7 8700
Motherboard: Asus TUF H370-PRO GAMING
Gpu: gtx 1070 ti
Supply: Corsair CX-650W

did you dust off the fan they speed up to cool it use hwinfo on sensor page and check temp with voltages and fan speed in system .

2 test to made first use occt and stress test psu for about 10 minutes check voltages at start up of test and during test thne use gpu-z rendering to stress test gpu and hwinfo sensor page to check voltages fan speed and temp in system .
