[SOLVED] No image on startup ?

Hello,
I recently bought some new parts for PC and when I installed them it isn't showing any image on monitor until I disconnect GPU and connect to motherboard. I tried almost everything what I saw on forums, and had no luck. When I turn on PC fans start spinning and then after 1 sec they stop, after that every 4-5 seconds 1 of the fans starts spinning and stops after 2 secs and then other one starts and do all same. The new graphic card is RX470
Setup:

Asus H81M-R
RX470
i5-4590
2x4 gb 1600 ddr3
Toshiba 500gb
FSP SP500A 450 W

Just to mention it : PSU is new, proccessor works fine, seems that graphic card makes troubles, tried disconnecting, and changing cables still same.
Maybe it has to do something with that that my GPU has only DVI and Monitor only VGA, so I use vga cable and dvi to vga adapter on gpu.

You may need an "active" DVI-to-VGA adapter for conversion of signal from digital to analog (the cheaper non-active adapters cannot do this).

Thanks for answer, I checked on other gpu ( r7 250 ) and VGA cable works fine, however when I try to attach cheaper adapter it doesn't work, will try what you said
