Question No improvement on GTA with my new graphics card

I just upgraded my gtx 760 to a gtx 1060 6gn however when i play gta V i see either no improvement or sometimes even less fps than before. I have tried wiping the old drivers and getting the right drivers for my 1060, i have a i5 6500, with 8gb ddr4 ram. WOuld really appreciate any help thanks

When posting system's specs, always list them like so:

Have you tried working with the latest found off of Nvidia's support site? Speaking of latest are you on the latest BIOS update on your motherboard? You will also need to include the make and model of each component to see if you've got any limiting factors.
