Question No monitor signal

Hey I have a question, my PC boots normally but I get no display signal. And it happened by itself after Windows reset. I had also tried other cables, monitor, and PC myself and I'm sure it's because of the PC. Also I tried to reset the cmos but nothing worked. Hope someone can help with this.
